High Efficiency Bead Mill #2 now installed and ready for action. This 2nd machine provides Hi-Tech with an all important backup machine in the event of breakdowns, but also gives capability to increase pigment dispersion production 3 fold, although recent increases in sales seem to be using up the over capacity pretty quickly. Hi-Tech are very happy the improvements requested after the 1st machine was installed, have been taken on board for this mill.
Mid March 2015 saw Hi-Tech double it's High Speed Disperser capability with the installation of a 2nd 37kw saw tooth blade disperser. The new disperser, in conjunction with a 5,000L vat and dedicated pumping and filtration equipment, will be used for whites, varnishes and other non coloured products, leaving the original disperser to concentrate on colours to reduce lengthy wash-up cycles. Next week a 2nd High Efficiency Bead Mill is to be commissioned.

Hi-Tech Celebrate 10 years! The team at Hi-Tech organised a surprise 10 year anniversary cake presentation, and a Tin (for 10 years) of biscuits for Wade & Helen Brealey, the founders and directors of Hi-Tech.

New Factory 2013 We have recently doubled our factory size and are well in to our new plant & machinery programme. Completed so far: 2 state of the art air compressors, 2 pot painted floors, sump area for drainage complete with recycling system, Dangerous goods store, spill containment bunding, painted walkways and safety rails.

Training program August 2013 An extensive training program has been developed and presented by our Stephen Walsh. The program has already been well received by many of our customers.	New Factory 2012
